'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wrack finds a new club

After supporting his testimonial season and events it was with shock that we found out about Darrens gambling problems, it is something which he has faced up to and is working hard to rectify. The next stage in his rehabilitation is to recapture his football career following his release and recovery after a near career ending injury in an incident away at Yeovil.

So it is great news that the 32-year-old completed his move to the A-Line Arena, the home of Kettering Town this morning. This has brought an end to his 10-year career with the Saddlers where he made over 300 Football League appearances.

And he insists Poppies boss Mark Cooper was a key factor in his decision to drop down two divisions.

Wrack said: 'The manager sold the club to me and that was a huge thing for me. I liked what I heard and it seems the club is going places and I want to be a part of that.'

The news that he is back on track is great but I for one thought he was still good enough to cut it at League two level.
